Because the challenges you will take on reflect your ambitions! *Bachelor's degree in computer science, information System or related field(s)*5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Planning (SAP APO / S4 Planning or SAP IBP)*Relate technical and business concepts to leadership*Technical knowledge of SAP systems and a good understanding of several functional areas such as SD, MM and WM*Exposure and understanding of SAP security concepts*Experience with S4*Experience with Fiori UI5*Experience working in Continuous Delivery model (Agile)*Experience working within JIRA / Confluence*Experience with a managed IT service organization (on-shore shore teams) a plus.*Experience as a developer not user.*Other qualifications for SAP APO*Functional experience in SAP MM and APO applications*Research and debug potential performance or other system anomalies*In-depth working knowledge and problem solving skills related to SAP ECC 6.0 SCM 5.0 and above and all other related application tools*Experience implementing at least one end-to-end SNC project*Advanced knowledge of statistical methods*Solid understanding of demand planning/demand forecasting best practicesResponsibilities for SAP APO*Analyze current business processes, identify possible gaps for improvement, and propose IT solutions that align with business objectives*Develop, prototype, test and implement SAP APO solution enhancements*Contribute or lead larger projects and/or guide others to lead smaller projects*System/ jobs monitoring, failures root cause analysis*Cooperate with IT architects to ensure your design meets the architecture principles*Provide applications development and enhancement functions, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and move to production*Prepare functional and technical design specifications*Document and perform unit, string, integration, and regression testing in support of new implementations and releases*Keep project manager informed of significant cross-team, cross-functional issues and/or significant technical challenges as appropriate*Cooperate with other PSO IT project members who work from multiple locations and time zones (US, Europe and Asia) provide mentoring and guidance to lower level members within the teamWe offer carrer plan and salary in dollars!!
